Apoio matricial na atenção especializada respaldado no modelo de atenção às condições crônicas: pesquisa avaliativa

RESUMO Objetivo: Analisar o apoio matricial para equipes de saúde na Atenção Ambulatorial Especializada, segundo Modelo às Condições Crônicas. Método: Pesquisa avaliativa qualitativa, conduzida pelo Crônicas, realizada fevereiro a julho 2020. Para coleta dados, foram feitas entrevistas com 21 profissionais saúde, observação da assistência e análise documental do serviço. Os dados analisados pela triangulação auxílio software MAXQDA, respeitando todos os aspectos éticos. Resultados: O matriciamento proporcionou aproximação entre Primária Secundária; implantou gestão casos qualificou integralidade pessoas condições crônicas.
